While the name “Coastal Rehabilitation & Wellness” is relatively new, our history of providing physical therapy to patients in Brookings, Oregon goes back decades.
Our sister nonprofit, Coastal Home Health & Hospice, has been offering physical therapy services to home health and hospice patients throughout Curry County.
And now with our expansion into our office at 580 5th Street in Brookings, we are able to expand our services so that the entire community can benefit from the quality and care that Coastal prides itself on delivering.
